Salad in a bowl – a challenge or an inspiration? I like Bowl salads and I often make them. The variety of plant products allows me to many combinations of flavors, aromas and textures. And the preparation takes only a few minutes with the available ingredients from the refrigerator and kitchen cabinet. For me, the Bowl of salad is the perfect dish in our busy daily lives – healthy and quick to prepare. For several years I have been preparing Bowl Danara salads for us according to my system for a healthy gluten-free vegan diet, which is based on a variety of plant ingredients and Astrology.

The recipe for the Bowl Danara ”Seven shades of red” was specially created for Tuesday, which is ruled by the planet Mars and the day color is Red. Very often the planet Mars is called the “Red Planet”. The balanced energy of the planet Mars gives optimism and endurance, desire for movement and physical activity, entrepreneurship and logic. Tuesday is a good day to balance the energy of Mars in the birth chart, so it is good to eat red food on this day. Wearing red clothes and jewelry with red stones on Tuesday further enhances the energy of the planet Mars. If you are not sure about the favorable position of the planet Mars in your birth chart, do not overdo the red color on Tuesday! For a light balance of Martian energy, it is enough to include red foods in your daily menu for Tuesday!

I rarely include fruits in vegetable salads, but cranberries are low in sugar and have a predominantly sour taste due to the high content of Vitamin C in them. And the combination of roasted red peppers with cranberries gives a pleasant sweet and sour taste of red sauce. The softness of the cooked red beans Kidney contrasts with the light crunchiness of the cooked red rice. The acidity of red tomatoes is balanced by the sweetness of roasted red peppers. And the light spiciness of the red onion gives additional freshness to the leaves of red orach /red mountain spinach/. The combination of the salad ingredients and the red sauce gives a well-balanced sweet and sour taste with a slight spiciness and aroma of red onion.
